The Allen County Regional Planning Commission shared with the Lima Kiwanis Club how it supports land use planning and transportation efforts throughout Allen County and seven surrounding counties. The agency also uses traffic crash data to recommend roadway safety improvements and helps connect residents with alternative transportation options when needed.
