The Spencerville Fire Department was called to 123 Oakland Ave. around 11 a.m. after reports of heavy smoke coming from the second floor of the home.
The Lima Fire Department was called to1113 Saint Johns Ave. just before 5:30 a.m. Flames and smoke broke through the rear of the home.
