The Allen County grand jury has charged a Lima man for a September 2024 stabbing incident. 67-year-old Walton Upshaw was indicted on two counts of felonious assault for an alleged stabbing incident. Lima police officers say an argument between Upshaw and his roommate Jeffrey Berger led to Berger being stabbed.
