ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The Allen County grand jury has charged a Lima man for a September 2024 stabbing incident.
67-year-old Walton Upshaw was indicted on two counts of felonious assault for an alleged stabbing incident on Dingledine Avenue in Lima .

Lima police officers say an argument between Upshaw and his roommate Jeffrey Berger led to Berger being stabbed. Berger suffered non-life-threatening stab wounds and was taken to the hospital.
Upshaw is in the Allen County Jail, and his bond has been set at half a million dollars.
