Tuesday, the Crossroads Crisis Center held their annual tree planting in memory of those who lost their lives to domestic violence, to honor those who have survived domestic violence, and for all those who are working to end domestic violence. Crossroads officials say that there is more than just physical abuse that comes from the violence and that the partnership they have with the 'we care crisis center' is a key service to many individuals.

A renovation at a local crisis center could bring more aid to the community and help for those suffering from opiate addictions.
