LIMA, Ohio - The Lima Locos swept this week's Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League awards after strong performances helped propel the team atop the standings.

Purdue's Jimmy Dionne earned player of the week honors after hitting .438 over four games with eight RBIs, a home run and 12 total bases. Co-pitcher of the week honors went to Callaghan O'Connor, who retired the first 17 Xenia Scouts he faced and allowed one run over seven innings, and Garrett Byrd, who struck out six while allowing one hit and one walk in six innings against Xenia.
