LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Lima man has been indicted on 40 counts related to child sexual abuse material.
Justin Ramon, 31, was indicted on 40 charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. Half of the charges are second-degree felonies, while the remaining charges are fifth-degree felonies. Ramon has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
According to the indictment, the alleged incidents occurred between August 2024 and November 2025. Ramon is scheduled to appear in court for a pretrial hearing at the end of the month.
