"We've seen a lot of great changes happen in terms of meditation gardens, walking clubs, healthy meals, nutrition-related activities, so there's a lot of great things churches can do to impact those they serve. Nutritionally, physical activity-wise, mental behavioral health, spiritual health, so we are really thankful to our partners Mercy Health and also the Mental Health Board for allowing us to continue this great activity," said Kayla Monfort, Activate Allen County.
