0700 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Prospect Avenue in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1329 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Tully Township for a subject who fell.
1332 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Ohio Indiana State Line Road in Harrison Township for a complaint of farm equipment sitting partially on the roadway.
1501 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Washington Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1550 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Pleasant Township to check the welfare of a person reported to be in a ditch.
1622 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residential alarm on Bergner Road in Union Township.
2043 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of a tree that had possibly fallen into utility lines.
2057 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a report of reckless driving.
2304 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Colwell Road in Union Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.

0022 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residential alarm on John Brown Road in Pleasant Township.
0332 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on Middle Point Road in Ridge Township.
0448 hrs. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Koch Street in the Village of Ohio City for a medical alarm.
0516 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Convoy Road in Union Township to check an abandoned 911 call.
0641 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 n Washington Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
0814 hrs. - Dispatched Ohio City Fire to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a report of a grass fire.
0827 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on U.S. Route 127 in Hoaglin Township for a complaint of a stray dog.
0913 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Maple Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a complaint of a loose dog.
1057 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Tully Street in the Village of Convoy on a complaint of telecommunications harassment.
1120 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm at a location on Tully Street in the Village of Convoy.
1644 hrs. – Deputies along with Middle Point Fire and EMS responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on State Route 116 west of Poe Road in Ridge Township. Unit One was a 2017 Kia Soul driven by Stephanie Closson of Delphos, was West-Bound on St. Rt. 116 near Poe Rd. Unit Two 2013 Ford Fusion driven by Shira Winn of Van Wert, was East-Bound on St. Rt. 116 near Poe Rd. Unit One went left of center striking Unit Two in the driver’s side of the car causing disabling damage. Unit One spun facing the opposite direction before coming to rest off the side of the roadway. Unit Two went off the right side of the roadway coming to a rest against a sign. The driver of Unit One was treated on scene for minor injuries by Middle Point EMS. The driver of Unit Two was transported to Van Wert Health by Middle Point EMS for possible minor injuries. Unit One was towed from scene by 2 A's Towing. Unit Two was towed from the scene by Straightline Body and Paint. The driver of Unit One was issued a citation for marked lanes violation.
1734 hrs. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on Main Street in Willshire Township for a subject having a diabetic emergency.
1951 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Brodnix Road in York Township to check an abandoned 911 call.
2022 hrs. – Dispatched Spencerville EMS to a residence on Louth Road in Jennings Township for a subject with abdominal pain.
2037 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Gamble Road in Ridge Township to standby as a peace officer while a subject returned property.
2111 hrs. – Dispatched Delphos EMS to a residence on Clime Street in the City of Delphos for a subject with chest pain.
2132 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Dixon Cavett Road in Union Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported
