Since 2019 the Ohio State Highway Patrol has recorded over 72,000 impaired driving-related crashes. In those crashes, 44,000 people were injured and nearly 4,000 were killed.

"We've seen a range from no-injury crashes to fatal crashes. When you drive impaired, you take a risk on hurting not only yourself but somebody else. So don't take the risk, drive sober, and get home safely," stated Lt. Nick Boes, Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
