Rhodes State Project Manager of Workforce Development Lew Modic adds, “The nice thing about this program for people on the autistic spectrum even if they don’t get a job in CNC machining, it gets them comfortable with machining and equipment in a manufacturing facility.”

The last Uniquely-Abled Academy saw five students with 3 getting jobs in the industry. The next class starts on May 31st, and the program is free.
