His findings were previously released that he found no evidence that President Trump or his campaign had colluded with Russian officials during the 2016 election. One of the more prominent pieces in the redacted report is Mueller states there were instances Trump could have been charged with obstruction, but his aides didn't follow through on his orders. In the 400 page report, it stated Trump's response upon the announcement of the investigation and Mueller portrayed the president as 'rattled.'

"But I say it in front of my friends,  this should never happen to another president again," Trump said. "This hoax. This should never happen to another president again."

Prior to its release, the attorney general stated the president cooperated fully with the investigation.

"None the less, the White House fully cooperated with the special counsel's investigation," U.S. Attorney General, William Barr said. "Providing unfettered access to campaign and White House documents. Directing senior aides to testify freely and asserting no privileged claims." Click here for the full Mueller Report.
