Lima City Council will be holding a public hearing October 10th to hear the community's opinions about rezoning a portion of land off Allentown Road.
Council held a special meeting this evening to authorize legislation to rezone land owned by Woodside Acres LLC. A developer is seeking to build a 210 unit apartment complex across from Buffalo Wild Wings and next to Tom Al dealership. Council President, John Nixon, thinks it will help grow the city in many ways. Thinks it will help grow the city in many ways. Nixon says if everything is approved and goes through after the public hearing, construction will begin this winter.
