Adriania Denson's case will be heard in front of a jury in May after she said no to a deal that would have her pleading guilty to Felonious Assault with a Firearm. Denson is also charged with Improperly Discharging a Firearm into a Home and Discharging a Firearm Near a Prohibited Premises. Court documents allege Denson was shooting at Tony Slusher and his home was allegedly stuck during the incident.

Adriania Denson and her attorney have filed to suppress statements she made during police interviews. Both the prosecutor and defense attorney agreed to have the judge watch two interviews to make the determination if what was said is allowed. Denson is charged with felonious assault, shooting into a home and near a prohibited premises. Court documents say she allegedly shot at Tony Slusher and his home. The judge will make a ruling as soon as possible.

20-year-old Adriania Denson has been indicted in Allen County on charges of felonious assault with a firearm specification, improperly discharging a firearm into a home and discharging a firearm near a prohibited premises. Court documents state Denson was attempting to cause harm to Tony Slusher on Aug. 2. It was Slusher's home Denson allegedly shot into. Her bond is set at $200,000. Her first pretrial is scheduled for Tuesday.
