A Delphos man has been sentenced to life in prison with the chance for parole after 15 years in the fatal shooting of a coal executive at a West Virginia cemetery.

News outlets report Anthony R. Arriaga told a Mingo County West Virginia judge that he had been using drugs and had little sleep over several days before he killed Bennett Hatfield in a cemetery last May.
