On Friday night, friends, family and members of the Lima Police Department honored Maleek Nelson, on what would have been his 9th Birthday. A Balloon Release was held as "Happy Birthday" was sung while gazing to Heaven.
As a way to wrap up April's Autism Awareness Month, the center for autism and dyslexia held a balloon releasing ceremony.
