A former Delphos man is being charged with the murder of a well-known former coal company executive who was shot last May.

West Virginia authorities in Delphos Wednesday investigating new updates in the murder investigation of former coal CEO Ben Hatfield in West Virginia.  

A Delphos man accused of murdering a man in West Virginia appears in Lima Municipal Court Tuesday.
