Ohio authorities were alerted that Arriaga could be at a home in Delphos. Sheriff Sam Crish says they found him at a relative's home early Tuesday morning, but it's not clear how he got to this location.
"Officers arrived, they did locate him, I believe he might have even been outside," said Allen County Sheriff Sam Crish, "They did locate him, went up, and took him into custody without any incident. Our detective bureau as well as Delphos Police Department will stay in contact with the authorities at West Virginia and offer any assistance that we can do for them."
Arriaga's bond was set at $1 million. In court he did confirm his address is in Delphos, and according to his Facebook page he attended Jefferson High School.
