Nathaniel Nix, 36, has been charged with felonious assault, assault on a peace officer, escape, fleeing and eluding, vandalism, and resisting arrest following an incident on Feb. 4th.

The man who broke out of an Auglaize County courtroom window and led officers on a four-county police chase is back in the Auglaize County to face charges.
