Wednesday, Mercy Health Saint Rita’s held a cookout for all their staff as a thank you for all they have done and pushed through during COVID-19. It was also a celebration for National Hospital Week. It was a time that associates could get out of the building to grab a quick bite, relax, and just take a breath.

Friday the Mercy Health Saint Rita’s environmental services team were recognized for all their hard work with a chicken dinner. Better known to many as housekeeping, the EVS team has been that silent partner that keeps the entire facility clean and sterilized. After the last two years, the pandemic has become more intense to stay on top of the situation. The Smith Jones Family Foundation took time to thank these hard-working individuals for a job well done and they were appreciative.
