Two people are in custody after a drug bust in Findlay early Thursday morning.
A Findlay man is in custody after suspected drugs were discovered in his home.
Five people were arrested as part of a sting operation in Findlay.
Samuel Hilkert, 29, was charged with fleeing and eluding and operating a vehicle while under the influence. He is currently being held at the Hancock County Justice Center.
Shannon Pullom, 36, was booked into the Hancock County Justice Center on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, having weapons under disability, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.
September 23, 2024, Press Release from the Findlay Police Department: Two Findlay Police Officers were on patrol eastbound in the left lane in the 200 block of Center Street just west of the CSX railroad tracks in a marked patrol vehicle. A white 2015 BMW 328I was traveling westbound on Center St. just east of the CSX railroad tracks. The BMW was observed traveling at a high rate of speed.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol along with the Allen County Sheriff’s Office were able to end a high speed pursuit Saturday morning without any injury.
Officers seized methamphetamine, a suspected fentanyl mix, an unknown powder, and several pieces of drug paraphernalia. As a result of the search, two people were arrested for possession of meth, a 3rd degree felony. Ira Mason age 35 and Micki Delarosa age 36 were both taken to the Hancock County Justice center.
A Hancock County man wanted in connection with the death of a 17-month-old boy is now in custody. The Findlay Police Department says in a news release that 30-year-old Jonathan Suber turned himself in Sunday evening and is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center. A Hancock County grand jury indicted him on murder and child endangering charges.
An investigation in Findlay as officers arrest and charge a man with assault and other charges. Officers were dispatched to a report of a fight in the 1000 block of Cedar Avenue Wednesday night. While officers were responding, dispatch received a call that a gun had been fired.
