The Anna Engine Plant has started production on a V6 Turbo engine for the latest model of the Acura TLX. The plant has produced more than 28 million engines in its 35-year history for Honda and Acura. This model continues the manufacturing plant's long tradition of delivering high-performance engines for Ohio-built vehicles.

Honda of America is celebrating a production milestone on Tuesday in Marysville. It was 40 years ago that the first Honda "Elsinore CR250" motorcycle rolled off the assembly line in Marysville. 64 associates were working there at the time. Honda began auto production at the adjacent Marysville auto plan on November 1st of 1982.
Honda of America, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, reached a milestone with a recent gift of $15,000 to Keep Ohio Beautiful. This three-year project will benefit YMCA’s Camp Willson in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Volunteers will be planting sugar maples and other native Ohio hardwoods to create Camp Willson’s first Sugarbush, the first phase of a new arboretum.
