After a new mental evaluation, 25-year-old Kevin Stahr was again found to be not competent to stand trial. Stahr was indicted on one count of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault. On June 4th of 2021, Stahr took a knife and stabbed his mother multiple times. Someone was able to distract Stahr long enough for her to get away and call the police. Stahr will be re-evaluated in a year to see if his mental status changes.

The Allen County Grand Jury has released a list of indictments for the month of July. Three individuals on the list are facing a variety of felony charges, with two of them facing attempted murder charges.
