The 170th Putnam County Fair kicked off Monday afternoon with the traditional bell ringing. State leaders and lawmakers issued proclamations to congratulate both the fair board and junior fair board for their hard work in preparing the event.
CELINA, OH (WLIO) - The Celina Lake Festival wrapped up with Kids Day on Sunday.
It's the children who were the guests of honor as the Auglaize County Fair put on their annual Kids Day. Children 12 years old and younger could get into the fair for free on Tuesday with many activities going on for them around mid-day. Along with the rides and obstacle course, there were giveaways, arts and crafts, face painting, and even free yogurt. One unique aspect of Kids Day was the activity put on by Children Choosing Christ. The children were able to go through multiple stations to work through the 'Ultimate Mystery of Gospel.'
Kids visiting the Putnam County Fair had a little extra fun Tuesday. From bungee jumping to carnival rides to arts and crafts, there were dozens of activities available for youngsters at the Putnam County Fair's Kids Day. There were also a number of ride specials and activities that were available under the entertainment tent.
It may have been a little rainy, but that didn't stop these youngsters from having fun at Kids Day at the Auglaize County Fair.
Kids Day is in full swing at the Putnam County Fair with plenty of activities for both parents and kids.
