Cenovus crews are responding to an operational issue at the Lima Refinery that has caused increased flaring and black smoke while air quality continues to be monitored.

Plenty of black smoke and flame coming from the flare stack at Cenovus Lima Refinery on Wednesday morning could be seen from miles away.
