The Ada Police Department is investigating the death of a 71-year-old Harrod woman.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) Director Kara B. Wente announced today in Toledo the launch of an effort to improve birth outcomes and reduce infant mortality rates.
The former director of a Toledo-area nonprofit has been indicted for allegedly stealing at least $150,000 from the organization and its donors, including elderly Ohioans.
A woman who was reported missing has been found deceased.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a deceased person floating in the retention pond at the rear of 1161 W. Trenton Ave. The body of a deceased white male was recovered from the pond. The body was transported to the Lucas County Coroner's Office for an autopsy. At this time the deceased male has not been identified.
The Lima Police Department is currently investigating the death of man who was found outside earlier Sunday morning. LPD was dispatched to the intersection of Allentown Road and North Cole Street a little before 1 a.m.
