The Metcalf Street Truss Bridge in Lima will be closed during daytime hours Tuesday and Wednesday for a routine inspection, with drivers advised to take alternate routes.
The truss bridge is scheduled to be closed to traffic between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. The closure is temporary so that the bridge can be inspected. The Allen County Engineer's Office is advising drivers to plan on an alternate route for that time because through traffic will be prohibited.
