An Allen County man charged with selling drugs that killed two women has been found guilty.
30-year-old Michael Pasterchik turned down a plea deal and now his trial on the charges of involuntary manslaughter and corrupting another with drugs will begin at the end of the month. According to the indictment for the September 2020 incident, Pasterchik provided the drugs to a woman that was found unresponsive and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

An Allen County man appeared in court on Monday for a Motion to Suppress hearing. Michael T. Pasterchik was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury on on count of trafficking in harmful intoxicants, and one count of involuntary manslaughter.
