School starts this month, and Health Partners of Western Ohio are launching their outreach teams. On Friday afternoon, staff members started up the mobile vans containing dental and optometry equipment for their dental and vision outreach programs. These programs will serve around 500 schools in western Ohio and will provide important services including dental cleanings, fillings, treatments and workups along with eye exams and fittings for new glasses. With 12 dental and 6 vision teams in various communities, the goal is getting kids needed services for a successful school year.
