The West Ohio Food Bank is handing out a pre-cooked ready-to-heat and eat ham dinner. It will be this Saturday on Christmas Eve from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or while supplies last. The process will be much like their regular distribution day. Enter on the west side and exit on the east side. The "to-go" dinners will be handed to you.

Knowing that it is difficult for some of their senior clients to get their monthly food boxes the food bank now has an agreement with "DoorDash" to deliver food right to their front door. This is just another way that the West Ohio Food Bank is working to make sure they are meeting the needs of those they serve.

Orange is the color of hunger relief and hunger awareness. September is Hunger Action Month and Friday has been set aside as Hunger Action Day for a collective effort to be aware of the hunger issue many people do face in our area.
