Members of Paulding Putnam recently donated $11,020 to nine local charities and community projects through the cooperative’s Operation Round Up program.
The Meadows of Leipsic hosted a drive-thru Senior Expo on Wednesday morning. Seniors could receive a complimentary meal along with a bag that had information about the different resources and programs available for senior citizens in Putnam County.
Those 62 years and older got in for free to enjoy the activities and entertainment planned for them. Informational booths were also set up to educate local seniors on their health and wellness. For some assisted living facilities in the area, the day was great for their residents to get out and about.
