Jemonte McNeal was charged for the murder of Anthony Bankston at an after-hours party in December 2018. McNeal agreed to a plea agreement and was sentenced to 14 years in prison. McNeal pleaded to an amended charge of involuntary manslaughter and a charge of tampering with evidence by way of a bill of information. Originally, he was charged with two murder charges and a felonious assault charge all with firearm specs. Bankston had a prior altercation with McNeal's family member, leading McNeal to shoot Bankston. The aunt of Bankston spoke in court asking for gun violence to stop.

It's because of two separate cases that Rasheign Tisdale will be headed to prison for four years. His earlier case is more notable as he was charged as one of the men firing their guns at an after hours party at 904 S. Main St. in Dec. 2018. He pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited premises and carrying a concealed weapon.

Prosecution and defense have reached an agreement in a case against a suspect in an after-hours shooting last year in Lima. In Allen County Common Pleas Court, Rasheign Tisdale agreed and signed negotiated plea agreements in two separate cases. Through a bill of information, Tisdale pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited premise and carrying a concealed weapon. Four charges of felonious assault from his indictment were dropped. Tisdale was one of the men who took part in an after-hours party shooting at 904 S. Main St. last December.

An Allen County grand jury has indicted a man that allegedly shot and killed a Lima man during an after-hours party. 24-year-old Jemonte McNeal was charged with two counts of murder and one count of felonious assault, all with firearm specifications during a secret indictment. Police believe that McNeal was the one that fired the shot that killed 25-year-old Anthony Bankston at 904 S. Main Street.

More charges have been filed against a man that was arrested for a shooting at an early morning party in Lima in December 2018. The Allen County grand jury has indicted 23-year-old Rasheign Tisdale on four counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications and one count of carrying concealed weapon charge.

A man alleged to have been involved in the December 29 shooting at 904 S. Main St. appeared in court Thursday

23-year-old Rasheign Tisdale had a preliminary hearing this morning where probable cause was determined to continue the case. It now moves over to the Allen County Common Pleas Court for a grand jury to hear.
