Ryan A. Aab (DOB 7/22/2008) escaped from the Allen County Juvenile Detention Center. Ryan is a biracial male, 4ft 8in, 112 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. No photo is available. His last known residence was Lima, Ohio. The 13 year old escaped shortly after 4 p.m. Monday. Officials report the individual that escaped custody is a 13-year-old bi-racial male with brown eyes and black hair. He is four foot tall and weighs 101 pounds.
According to the administrator for the Allen County Juvenile Court, around 4 o'clock on Monday, two residents of the juvenile detention center attempted to escape custody. One was a male 14-year-old who was being held on a non-violent offense - he was able to escape custody. The other, a 17-year-old, was not able to leave the facility.
