While they enjoy winning, the players say the camaraderie of being a team is just as important.
The Sharks have played in many Special Olympic state basketball championships, bringing home gold. Each year, the two teams play this charity ballgame, raising funds for the Special Olympics while also bringing attention to the athletic abilities they have on the hardwood.
