The organizers of a newly developed workshop are hoping to provide the skills needed for young adults to enter the workforce. "Presenting Your Best Self: Soft Skills for Career Success" is a joint effort of the Lima-Allen County Chamber of Commerce, Apollo Career Center, and the Heartland Image Foundation. They recognized the need for local businesses and industries to have employees who have good communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. It will be a project of the new Hub at the Central District.
