August 12, 2024, Press Release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol: Spencer Township – The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash at Frankfort Road & Fulton-Lucas Road. The crash occurred on August 12th, 2024 at approximately 7:03 PM. The preliminary investigation shows a silver Ford F-150, operated by Justin Jeffries, 42, Toledo, Ohio was driving westbound on Frankfort Road. Mr. Jeffries failed to stop for a stop sign, entered the intersection and was struck by a blue Jeep Liberty operated by Timothy Dooley, 48, Swanton, Ohio who was traveling northbound on Fulton-Lucas Road.
