A winter storm is looming, looking to disrupt travel for the Christmas holiday. Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) crews in District 1 and District 2, which includes 16 counties throughout northwest Ohio, are preparing by checking trucks and all equipment; and organizing full-time, auxiliary, and seasonal employees to prepare them to begin 12-hour shifts when needed.

Jim Jordan stopped by to talk to the politics and economic decisions class and answer any questions that they had. The students asked about inflation, the war in Ukraine and the best way to get involved in politics. Jordan also spoke about the investigation into Twitter and Facebook about suppressing a story from the New York Post about Hunter Biden using his father President Joe Biden's positions and influence for personal gain days before the 2020 Presidential election.

At a time where many people are feeling alone or isolated, social media is helping people connect with each other now more than ever on the internet.

Just like many students across the country, the one’s at ONU have been learning from off-campus in their homes because of the pandemic. One professor at the school has been utilizing different social media platforms to reach out to her students like Twitter, Facebook, and Zoom.

On Sunday President Trump took to Twitter to say NFL ratings and attendance is "way down" and Americans are staying away because the players are kneeling during the National Anthem.
