A meeting was held at the Lima Chamber of Commerce to talk about the issues of electricity bills, and solutions.

 Lima residents enrolled in the city's electric aggregation program have been receiving letters about changes to their electricity provider. The negotiated rates under the current aggregation agreement are set to expire in May.
