Last year, Hall was going to get transported to the Allen County Jail from the Lima Municipal Court, when she ran from a correction officer. A Lima police detective saw a woman running in jail clothing past a window at the police department. He pursued and caught her hiding in bushes outside of Rhodes Borra enter. Hall was originally arrested because of a warrant out of Kentucky for promoting prostitution.
The man responsible for a shooting at Willow Lake Apartments will not see jail time. Mario Mathis has been sentenced to the mental correction program at the WORTH Center followed by four years of community control. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and two counts of improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle. Mathis was dating a woman who previously had a child with Tyson Downton. He didn't want Mathis around his child.
The Leipsic man who walked away from a work-release detail in Putnam County was sentenced on an escape charge.
