Timothy Kiester, 61, of Berrien Springs, Michigan, was sentenced in Van Wert Municipal Court after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of vehicular manslaughter.
A multiple vehicle crash just south of Van Wert leaves 2 people dead. The state highway patrol has not released details about the crash as of Monday afternoon. But the crash happened before noon on U.S. 127 by the hickory Sicks Golf Course. There were three vehicles involved in the crash, more details are expected after the next of kin are notified.
