Director of Facilities Management Chad Martin getting the Eagle Award which recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding performance, leadership, and significant contributions in healthcare facilities management.
Chad Martin says, “To receive this is an honor but it couldn’t be without the team that I have with the maintenance department and the administration team that we have here on board at Lima Memorial.”
Michael Angeline Past President of OSHFM adds, “In Chad’s case a lot of it was the way he did facilities, the way he led projects, the way he conserved energy. That’s all-important for the OHA and so he was selected based on that.”
Martin was nominated by his peers at the medical center.
