VAN WERT, OH (WLIO) - A Delphos man is sentenced to an indefinite amount of time in prison after pleading guilty to having sexual contact with a small child.
42-year-old Seth Waggamon pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony charge of rape in Van Wert Common Pleas Court.
42-year-old Seth Waggamon pleaded guilty to a charge of rape in Van Wert Common Pleas Court in October, and today a judge sentenced him to a minimum of 10 years to life. Waggamon was indicted on two counts of rape and four counts of gross sexual imposition, but the rest of those charges have been dropped with the guilty plea.
The indictment says that the incidents happened between March and April of this year and the victim was under 10 years old.
