VAN WERT COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Delphos man is waiting to see how much prison time he will be getting after pleading guilty to having sexual contact with a small child.
42-year-old Seth Waggamon pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony charge of rape in Van Wert Common Pleas Court. He will be sentenced on the charge in November. He was indicted on two counts of rape and four counts of gross sexual imposition. But the rest of those charges have been dropped with the guilty plea.
The indictment says that the incidents happened between March and April of 2024, and the victim was under 10 years old.
Waggamon also pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition charges in Mercer County in 2013 and was sentenced to jail time and community control for that charge.
