Allen County Common Pleas Court judge Terri Kohlrieser set the jury trial for 23-year-old Michael Oliphant to begin on April 7, 2025. Oliphant is facing murder and felonious assault charges for the death of 59-year-old Kirk Perine.
A Wapakoneta man has changed his plea to multiple charges surrounding his attempt to burn his house down. According to court documents, 77-year-old Gerald Fullenkamp changed his plea to guilty on two of the five counts against him. He pleaded to aggravated arson and cruelty to a companion animal. The other 3 charges were dismissed.
