Jeremiah Washington, 20, is currently charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery. Both charges carry firearm specifications. In July 2024, Allen County deputies responded to Bill’s Drive-Thru after receiving reports of a shooting.
LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — An Allen County jury has found a man guilty on all four counts he was facing.

Gervens Justilien, the man accused of the March 2024 murder of an American Township woman, will have his trial postponed. Originally scheduled to begin on January 14, 2025, Judge Jeffrey Reed allowed a motion for continuance entertained by Justilien's defense. A new trial date has not been set. The postponement is to allow an independent DNA expert to complete their investigation of collected evidence and release their findings.
