ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Mansfield man was sentenced to 17 years in prison for a March 5, 2024 stabbing incident on E. Fourth Street in Lima.
Rocky Hayner was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

During a preliminary hearing, Lima Police detectives said that Hayner rode a bicycle from Mansfield to confront a man who was seeing Hayner's ex-girlfriend. Hayner claimed he didn't like how the man was treating her. Detectives say the two fought, and Hayner stabbed him and left him with serious injuries.
