LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Lima police have arrested a Mansfield man in connection with a stabbing early this morning that left a man in serious condition.
30-year-old Rocky Hayner is charged with suspicion of felonious assault in connection with a stabbing just after midnight at 1508 East Fourth Street in Lima. When police arrived they found an adult male with multiple stab wounds. The victim is listed in serious but stable condition. An investigation continues into the stabbing incident.
March 5, 2024 Press Release from the Lima Police Department: On March 5, 2024 at 0005 hours, Officers from the Lima Police Department were dispatched to 1508 E Fourth St in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital and listed in serious but stable condition. Rocky Hayner, 30 years old of Mansfield, Ohio was charged with Suspicion of Felonious Assault in connection to this case.
