OTTAWA, OH (WLIO) - The trial is moving forward for a Lima man charged in a fatal workplace shooting in Putnam County last year.
A second psychological evaluation has determined that 27-year-old Konner Dunklee is competent to stand trial on March 24. He faces charges of murder, felonious assault, and other related offenses. Dunklee had initially attempted to plead not guilty by reason of insanity, but evaluations have ruled otherwise.
