LIMA, Oh (WLIO) - An Allen County jury has found a man guilty of one of the two charges he faced.
Jonathan Wheeler, 31, was convicted of aggravated robbery, but the jury found him not guilty of a rape charge following a four-day trial. The female victim, law enforcement, and others testified during the proceedings.

Wheeler and the woman had a prior relationship. However, in the alleged incident that occurred a year ago, prosecutors say Wheeler held the woman against her will and sexually assaulted her and stole from her.
Wheeler will be sentenced on the robbery charge in March.
