LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — An Allen County jury has found a man guilty on all four counts he was facing.
Michael Oliphant, 23, was convicted of felonious assault and murder in the death of Kirk Perine, who was killed on Feb. 15, 2023. The jury began hearing witness testimony Monday and reached a verdict around 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Oliphant will be sentenced at a later date.
