A Findlay man was flown to a Toledo hospital after he was struck from behind while riding his bicycle.
The Findlay Police Department say that 55-year-old Kenneth Bender was riding north on Main Street around 8 o'clock Friday morning when 36-year-old Kory Conley drove up behind and hit him. Bender was dragged for a distance by Conley and hit a parked car. Bender was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo in an unknown condition. Conley drove off and was found later by police. He has been charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug abuse instruments, but more charges are pending. Conley is currently in the Hancock County Jail.
